1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Thirst Trap. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You may use Thirst Trap only if you are legally allowed to use apps and make purchases in your country or region. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID, device, and account access secure.
3. Wellness Information Is Not Medical Advice
Thirst Trap helps you track water intake, reminders, and hydration goals for general wellness and entertainment. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a qualified health professional before changing hydration habits for a medical condition, pregnancy, medication, training plan, or other health concern.
4. Accounts and Sync
The app may use iCloud, CloudKit, and local device storage to save hydration logs, preferences, unlocks, and settings. Sync depends on your Apple account, device settings, network availability, and Apple services. You are responsible for reviewing synced data before deleting, restoring, or changing devices.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and entitlement status may be managed through RevenueCat. If an auto-renewing subscription is offered, it renews unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings before the renewal date. Apple handles billing, refunds, taxes, and cancellation mechanics. Prices, availability, and product names may change where permitted by law.
6. User Content and AI Features
The app may let you enter preferences, feedback, notes, or prompts and may generate character copy or responses. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, infringes rights, or contains private information about someone else without permission. Generated content is for entertainment and wellness support only.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to bypass purchase gates or security controls, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, scrape content, or use the app to harm, harass, or deceive others.
8. Intellectual Property
Thirst Trap, including its design, text, characters, artwork, icons, code, and other app content, is owned by the developer or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store rules.
9. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on Apple services, RevenueCat, Sentry, TelemetryDeck, weather or location services, and AI providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or platform decisions.
10. Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, including features, pricing, characters, or content. We may update these terms by posting the new terms in the app or on the website. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions arising from your use of the app.
